Teera is a pre-launch pilot project in London. This summary explains how we handle your information while we onboard our first homeowners and contractors.
When you start a Project Check or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, contact details, postcode, project preferences and any photos you upload — so we can prepare your landscaping options and respond to you.
We use this information only to deliver the service you have asked for, to prepare indicative options and quotes, and to introduce you to a checked contractor if you choose to continue. We do not sell your personal information.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@teera.co.uk. As our pilot develops, this policy will be expanded into a full, formal privacy notice.
